If we do not receive the documentation by the 31st day, you may still eligible for the next available effective date, within 60 days of qualifying event. After 60 days, you are no longer eligible for Special Enrollment.

    Take Advantage of Video Visits

    Video Visits are a convenient way for you to get the medical care you need to treat common health issues via a computer with a webcam, tablet, or smartphone. For HDHP members, the cost is $40 per visit until your deductible is met.

    $0 Telehealth Benefit *

    Effective Jan. 1, 2022, this new benefit connects our members to their providers by phone or computer. This includes video or telephone appointments with in-network providers, online visits, and video visits using MeMD’s network of providers. *HDHP members do not qualify. They will pay copays and deductibles until out of pocket maximum is met. It is 0% after their deductible.
